Colombia is the second largest producer of coffee in the world and the largest producer of washed and Arabica coffee. They are well known for their high quality coffee and about half of their exports come to the United States. Colombia exports approximately 12.5 million bags and internal consumption is about 2 million bags annually

We roast our coffee to order. Then it goes straight from our bean cooler to the package and out to you. We don't stock roasted coffees, we ship them out straight away.
Known for its ability to induce a mood of "blue sky" optimism, this premium Brazilian specialty coffee originates from the Fazenda Lagoa plantation situated 1,100 meters above sea level near the town of Santo Antonio do Amparo.
The 200 year old coffee farm of 2,850 hectares is comprised of a natural reserve, woodlands, pastures, and 1,500 hectares of coffees. Streams from 40 natural springs water the land and infuse life-giving minerals and nutrients into the soil.
At Fazenda Lagoa, coffee cultivation is a family tradition and lifestyle. Several generations have been dedicated to producing world-class coffees for the pleasure of coffee lovers the world over.

Our Columbian Supremo Huila and Brazilian Fazenda Lagoa coffees are so distinct from each other in character and flavor that we had to combine them to see what would happen. The result is a delightful combination that really soars!
This robust blend takes off with a hint of stone fruit, levels off into a wonderful sweetness, and comes to a landing on a bed of nutty/chocolate notes.
By combining the distinct properties of select single origin beans, Aviators Coffee achieves a sum that is truly greater than its parts. Blending beans post-roast allows us to develop complexity and maximize individual profiles of each type of coffee before blending.
